Shopping Online:

You can select Goods from the website and add them to your shopping cart. You can monitor your spending by checking the details displayed on your screen at any time. When you have finished putting items in your basket you should precede to the checkout where you are able to review your selection and delete items if desired. To proceed with your order we will ask you for details including your name, e-mail address, and postal address. These details are required in order to process your order and/or to inform you of our acceptance of your order (please see the privacy policy referenced below). We may, unless you request otherwise, provide your phone number to our couriers for their use in arranging delivery of your order. Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirming that the order has been received and is being processed. The order confirmation is not a guarantee that the goods will be supplied. Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure Paypal checkout link using Paypal processing which in turn can also process payments Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards. (Payment methods correct at the time of writing)  Note, we do not accept payments by cheque.

Price And Payments:

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. If you pay online using Paypal you will receive an electronic receipt of your order (in the form of an e-mail) with your reference number against each purchase. If applicable you should quote that reference number in case of any queries. If an Error occurs we do apologise but are under no obligation to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect price if it is lower than the correct price, if this is the case you will be contacted via email and then you can choose whether to continue with the order at the correct price. Or if the retail price is lower than the price paid you will be given a refund of the excess payment made.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products or special offer discounts at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product or special offer from this Website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Stock Availability:

We try to ensure availability of all our stock, however we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or the product was listed at an incorrect price. In the rare case that there is an extended delay in delivery, we will notify you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as the goods are available, or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to discontinuation or none availablity from the manufacturer, you will receive a cancellation notice via email within five days and will receive a refund for all monies paid by you in connection with the goods ordered. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We take reasonable care to ensure that published product details, specifications and suitability information appearing on the website are correct and as accurate as possible at the time. However, the colours of products in images are a guide only and may vary slightly as the actual colours you see will depend on your computer screen. We cannot guarantee that your computer colour display will accurately reflect the colour of the Goods on delivery.
