Important Information About Our Returns & Cancellation Policy:

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

 

Returns Policy:

For products bought in store, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

For goods bought online on our website, please click here for the returns link and complete the returns form accordingly. We will then process your return as soon as possible.

Please note that all returns of Goods are made at your own cost and risk until they are returned safely to us.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your contract of sale of goods and services, please click here for the Little Boutique cancellation form. you can either print off the form, fill in the requested information and return to the address provided or email to [email protected] this must be done within 14 days of receipt of goods.
